Therapies

Everyone has a right to mental health care

I work with people both in my offices in Madrid or Hoyo de Manzanares and online.

I also work with people outside of Spain, internationally, and work to find a time that works for them across different time zones.

Child Therapy

Children need to experience a sense of safety and connection to be able to open up when they feel lost, angry or scared. They have a different rhythm and language. Play is their language of learning and connection.

It’s important to make therapy fun as well as effective. I use play therapy, art therapy, sandtray therapy, mindfulness, breath, and cognitive-behavioral strategies help children build resilience, self-esteem and establish the trust necessary for change to occur.

Common issues I’ve worked with include:

  • School difficulties
  • Behavioral issues
  • Depression/Anxiety
  • Social anxiety/ Poor social skills
  • Loneliness
  • Birth trauma/Adoption issues
  • Acculturation issues
